Three of us arrived hungry and placed our orders. I asked the owner for a small portion of humus to eat while we were waiting, but he told me that I would have to wait 15 minutes until... all the food was cooked. The humus was sitting right there. After a while his wife put some humus in a small dish and gave it to me. They are extremely stingy with the salads. A full meal gives you three tiny salads. Other similar restaurants either keep giving you refills or have an open salad bar. I did not expect flies inside a mall restaurant. That was unsanitary and annoying. You can't get anywhere near the drinks fridge to see what they have. You have to guess from a long distance across the counter. The food was so-so. I see no reason ever to go back.
